OI Safe: added hints to EditText fields so that end user will know what
the field is when using a small screen. On my Nexus One when in Landscape
all I can see is the field and without the hint you have to make an
educated guess as to which field you're looking at.

OI Safe: added activity-alias to handle old references to FrontDoor,
specifically with versions 1.2.4 or earlier if you have an icon to
the Safe on the home page and upgrade to 1.2.5 without the alias,
it won't find the app. so with the alias it can find it.

OI Safe: renamed FrontDoor to Safe, so that when you add the project to
Eclipse it uses the name "Safe" not "FrontDoor". I hate having to rename
the project each time I add it back to Eclipse.
Also removed "beta" and made it 1.2.5.

OI Safe: fixed NPE with CategoryList in onActivityResult which was
caused by Safe being completely killed and when brought back to life
catAdapter was not set. Also bumped to 1.2.3rc2

OI Safe: corrected bug with PassEdit with coming back to life
when there was a bundle saved. Now using onRestoreInstanceState
which is only called because there was a previous onSaveInstanceState
called we can safely indicate that the fields are already populated.

OI Safe: large patch, added Search activty, completely redid autolock,
added preference 'Lock on screen lock' with default of true.
autlock is no longer dependent upon CategoryList, which if not
active would cause app to go unlocked. Instead each and every
activity listens for the broadcast from the service to know to
autolock. None of the activities finish() upon lock but instead
launch FrontDoor to present user with AskPassword. Upon unlock
the user is dropped right back where they left off.
Started using Android 1.5 features like onUserInteraction() which allows
the user to do anything with the app and cause a reset of the timer.
OI Safe now requires 1.5 as a result.

OI Safe: fixed bug with double onFinish()
Only saw this bug once and don't know how to duplicate, but felt it was
safe enough to simply just keep track of deregistering by setting to null.

OI Safe: CryptoContentProvider launches frontdoor activity if currently
locked.
When you unlock, you get dropped into CategoryList. Need a way to
simply exit. This way 3rd party apps would instead get focus again.
Also cleaned up some of the locking.

OI Safe: Make crypto helper from ServiceDispatchImpl public static, instead of the one from IntentHandler. This way, crypto helper is set to null if service is locked.

OI Safe: Fix bug in Trivium implementation.
Now several blocks of Trivium encrypted parts can be concatenated without problems. (each block has to be a multiple of 4 bytes).
