OI Safe: corrected bug with PassEdit with coming back to life
when there was a bundle saved. Now using onRestoreInstanceState
which is only called because there was a previous onSaveInstanceState
called we can safely indicate that the fields are already populated.

OI Safe: large patch, added Search activty, completely redid autolock,
added preference 'Lock on screen lock' with default of true.
autlock is no longer dependent upon CategoryList, which if not
active would cause app to go unlocked.  Instead each and every
activity listens for the broadcast from the service to know to
autolock.  None of the activities finish() upon lock but instead
launch FrontDoor to present user with AskPassword.  Upon unlock
the user is dropped right back where they left off.

Started using Android 1.5 features like onUserInteraction() which allows
the user to do anything with the app and cause a reset of the timer.
OI Safe now requires 1.5 as a result.

OI Safe: fixed bug with double onFinish()

Only saw this bug once and don't know how to duplicate, but felt it was
safe enough to simply just keep track of deregistering by setting to null.

OI Safe: CryptoContentProvider launches frontdoor activity if currently
locked.

When you unlock, you get dropped into CategoryList. Need a way to
simply exit. This way 3rd party apps would instead get focus again.

Also cleaned up some of the locking.

OI Safe: ensured all finish()'s have a return, fixed a bug
with CategoryEdit with crash on orientation change. Also made
all checks for isSignedIn() consistently formated.

OI Safe: moved almost all access of the database to a new class Passwords.
This new class in turn interacts with DBHelper.   It retains all
PassEntry and CategoryEntry data in memory.  Encrypted data is only
decrypted as needed.   Decrypted data is kept in memory.  This serves
as a cache and results in a dramatic increase in speed on the
CategoryList and PassList activities upon repeat use.

All references to DBHelper for passwords or categories have been
removed from all activities and centralized inside of Passwords.  The
only remaining DBHelper calls are for the Salt and MasterPassword.

With this new class we should be able to more easily implement a
search activity.

Fixed an assortment of minor flaws surround orientation changes.
Possibly fixed I210.  Fixed I206 and I209.

This is a major overhaul.  Please help test for new bugs.
