A whole host of changes

Inspired by several days of hacking on the CKY example and thinking about
how we're going to actually produce those ASTs.
> Factors out HLists and pushes their utility through BackendK3.
> Adds export annotations to BackendK3.AST and .Render
> More documentation across the board
