Activate the Cancel button when Esc is pressed. (connectdialog_button):

* src/dialogs.c (teamdialog_new): Activate the Cancel button when
Esc is pressed.
(connectdialog_button): Likewise.
(connectdialog_new): Likewise.
(prefdialog_new): Don't make the Close button the default action.
